- 2 ripe bananas
- 1/2 cup raisins
directions:
1: Mix together oats, cinnamon, and baking powder
2: Mix in milk, syrup, egg, vanilla, and bananas
3: Preheat oven to 375F
4: Pour into 9 inch diameter circular glass bowl
5: Bake for 35 minutes or until top is golden
6: Let sit for a few minutes before serving

- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter (170g)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup unsulphered dark molasses
- 1 large egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
directions:
1: Mix flour, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg together
2: In another bowl, mix butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together
3: Mix in molasses, egg, and vanilla extract
4: Mix both bowls of ingredients together

Wrap bowl in plastic and chill for at least 1 hour. Warm for 30mins if
chilled for over 2 hours
6: Preheat oven to 350F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment

- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup of corn
- 2 bell peppers, any color, two different colors is better
- 2 cups of shredded cheese
- 2 cups of diced mushrooms
- 6 whole wheat tortillas
directions:
1: Dice and mix together bell peppers and mushrooms
2: Drain and mix in corn
3: Shred and mix in cheese
4: Heat up pan on medium heat with a dash of oil
5: Place tortilla on hot pan

Once bubbles start forming, flip tortilla over and immediately add ~1 cup of
mix onto one side of the tortilla
7: Fold the tortilla in half and cover with lid for 1-2 minutes
8: Flip tortilla over and cover again for 1-2 minutes
